Andy Bressler is a managing director covering Health Care in Washington DC. Mr. Bressler joined Bank of America in 1995. He provides analysis of trends, forecasts, legislative and regulatory impacts, and strategic directions for the healthcare industry. He works with both the fixed income and equity healthcare research teams, as well as the Bank’s healthcare investment banking team.

Previously he was director of research and policy, National Institute of Health Care Management, and an Associate in the strategy practice of Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman).

Andy holds a BS and MS from the University of Michigan, an MBA from University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, and is a CFA Charterholder.
